The free immigration advice will not cover detailed advice about complex immigration issues and advice about complex immigration issues can only be given through a detailed consultation session arranged by an appointment.

Also, please note that we do not advise about the relevant documents to be submitted in support of a case through the free immigration advice we give. If you wish to seek advice about the relevant documents to be submitted in support of your case, you should arrange an appointment for face to face consultation and we will advise you about the relevant documents after discussing your matter in detail and after considering all the relevant information about your case. Advising about the relevant documents without giving due consideration to the circumstances of a case is not considered to be safe at all and that is the reason we do not give such advice over the phone, via email or through our Live Online Chat.
