ILR As A Victim Of Domestic Violence

You can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) as a victim of domestic violence if you were granted spouse visa as a spouse of a person present and settled in the UK and during the probationary period of your visa you became victim of domestic violence at the hands of your husband or in-laws.
