ILR On The Basis Of 14 Years Long Residence

A person who has completed 14 years continuousl residence in the UK can apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) on this basis. For the purposes of ILR under 14 years long residence category, the residence in the UK must be continuous residence and residence can be lawful as well as unlawful.
