Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) is for non-European migrants who want to invest in the UK by setting up or taking over, and being actively involved in the running of, a business or businesses in the UK.
A 'business' means an enterprise as:
(i) a sole trader,
(ii) a partnership, or
(iii) a company registered in the UK
To meet the eligibility criteria, you must score:

Answer: You can challenge the refusal of your entry clearance application by filing a request for Administrative Review within 28 days of the date of the receipt of refusal letter. The administrative review request will be determined by the Entry Clearance Manager (ECM) within 28 days of the date of the receipt of your request.If refusal is maintained by the Entry Clearance Manager and you disagree with the decision made by the Entry Clearance Manager, you can then challenge the refusal letter by way of Judicial Review in High Court.
Q. I applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa from inside the UK and my application has been refused by the Home Office, UKBA. I am of the view that the refusal of my application is unlawful. How can I challenge the refusal of my application?
Answer: You can challenge the refusal of your application by way of an appeal to the First Tier Tribunal if your leave to remain already expired at the time of decision made by the Home Office on your application. If you still have valid leave to remain, you will not get a right of appeal to appeal to the First Tribunal and the refusal can only be challenged by way of Judicial Review in High Court.

In all cases, the funds must be:
- held in 1 or more regulated financial institutions; and

We will charge you a fee from £1,500.00 + VAT for our professional immigration services in relation to your Tier 1 (Entreprenuer) application. The agreed fee will depend on the complexity of the matter and the casework involved in the matter.

Please be advised that VAT will not be applicable where our client does not have a valid leave to remain in the UK at the time of his/her instructions to us in relation to his/her immigration matter.

If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of instructing us in relation to your matter, you can pay half of the fee at the time of instrucing us and rest of the fee can be paid by monthly installments.

The agreed fee will cover all our work until decision by the Home Office on the application. However, it is pertinent to note that the agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by the company on your behalf e.g. translation of documents, Home Office fee etc.
