  • 1. What is processing time of an application submitted through our same day visa service?

    The applications submitted through our same day visa service are decided the same day unless retained by the PEO, Croydon for further enquiries. Please be advised that the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP Card) is sent to us by the Home Office by secure delivery within 10 working days.

    Please also be advised that if your application for leave to remain is not straightforward, the Home Office reserves the right to retain your application for further enquiries. More than 95% applications submitted through same day visa service are decided same day. We will be able to advise you in detail whether or not your case is likely to be retained for further enquiries if submitted through same day visa service.

  • 2. What Is Included In Our Service?

    As part of the Same Day Visa Service, our work will include:

    • getting the PEO appointment for the agreed date;
    • advising you about the relevant documents to be submitted in support of your application;
    • checking your documents to make sure that you meet all the relevant requirements for a successful application;
    • completing the application forms;
    • preparing a covering letter in support of the application explaining how all the relevant requirements are being met for the application to succeed;
    • accompanying you and your dependents to the Home Office, PEO, Croydon on the date of PEO appointment;
    • assisting you and your dependents in enrollment of  your biometrics and submission of your application(s) to the PEO, Home Office, Croydon;
    • in case the application is retained for further enquiries, liaising with the Home Office for a quick decision on the application and provide any further documentary evidence to the Home Office, if required;
    • doing all the follow-up work until decision by the Home Office on your application is received by us.
  • 3. Do I have to attend the Home Office, Public Enquiry Office (PEO) for an application submitted through Same Day Visa Service?

    Yes, you will have to attend the Home Office along with any dependants who are applying at the same time. Your attendance is necessary for you and your dependants to enroll biometrics for the application to be decided same day. Our legal representative will accompany you and your dependants (if any) to the Home Office, PEO and assist you with the enrollment of your biometrics and submission of your application.

  • 4. What is the Home Office fee for the applications submitted through Home Office Premium Service? How can I pay the Home Office fee for the Premium Service?

    The Home Office, PEO will charge the standard fee + £400 extra for each applicant. The fee is paid in full online at the time of booking PEO appointment. You can pay the Home Office fee for premium service by debit or credit card. As part of our Same Day Visa Service, we will book your PEO appointment on your behalf as per your convenience.

  • 5. Can I submit my application through Same Day Visa Service without a valid passport?

    The Home Office, PEO does not allow an application to be submitted through Premium Service where the applicant does not hold a valid passport. In cases, where the applicant's passport is already retained by the Home Office following refusal of a previously submitted application, a fresh application cannot be submitted through Same Day Visa Service.

  • 6. Can I submit my application to the Home Office PEO through Same Day Visa Service after the expiry of my visa?

    It is possible to submit an application through Same Day Visa Service within 28 days of the visa expiry date. In case of SET (M) application only, it is possible to apply for ILR using SET (M) form through Same Day Visa Service within 6 months of the visa expiry date.

  • 7. Can I submit SET (M) application to the Home Office PEO without the original valid passport of my partner (the sponsor)?

    The Home Office, PEO, Croydon usually do not allow SET (M) application to be submitted through Premium Service where the original passport of the partner of the applicant is not available.

  • 8. In SET (M) application, is it necessary for my partner (the sponsor) to attend the Home Office, PEO, Croydon along with me?

    It is better for the partner of the applicant (the sponsor) to attend the Home Office, PEO along with the applicant as this will show the strength of the relatioship and will not let the Home Office have any doubts about the subsistence of the relationship. However, it is not mandatory for the partner (sponsor) to attend the Home Office, PEO and an application can be submitted even without the presence of the partner. The original passport of the partner will be required for the application to be submitted through Same Day Visa Service.

  • 9. Will I get right of appeal if my application submitted through Same Day Visa Service (Home Office Premium Service) is refused by the Home Office?

    • If you submitted your application to the Home Office, PEO before the expiry of your leave and at the time of the refusal of your application, you still have a valid leave to remain, you will not get right of appeal due to the reason that you still have valid leave to remain. A fresh application can be made in such case as the applicant will still have valid leave to remain in the UK to apply again.Also, it is possible to challenge the refusal of by way of Judicial Review, if necessary.
    • If you submitted your application to the Home Office, PEO before the expiry of your leave and the Home Office retianed your application for further enquiries and by the time they refused your application, your leave has already expired, you should get an in-country right of appeal against such refusal. We can represent you in your appeal against the refusal of your application
    • If your submitted your application after the expiry of your leave, you may not get right of appeal if your application is refused and you can challenge the refusal of your application by way of Judicial Review
