How And When To Contact Us For Your Same Day Visa Service?

If you need an appointment for Same Day Service (Premium Service) in a biometric category, you must instruct us for this at least two to three weeks before the date for which an appointment is needed. Pleae be advised that only we can submit the application through the appointment we get for you from the Home Office and our appointment cannot be used by anyone else. 

If you wish us to get you an appointment for same day service from the Home Office for your application and submit your application through our same day visa service, please provide us the following details:

Which Applications Can Be Submitted Through Our Same Day Visa Service?

Processing Time For The Application Submitted Through Our Same Day Visa Service?

The applications submitted through our same day visa service are decided by the Home Office very next working day after we submit the application. Please be advised that the Biometric Residence Permit (The Biometric Card) is sent to us by the Home Office by special delivery within a week or so. As all applications are biometric applications as of 29 February 2012, therefore the applicant and dependents will have to attend the Home Office, PEO, Lunar House, Croydon for Biometrics. The applicant and dependents can leave the Home Office building after they have enrolled their biometrics and our legal representative will be able to submit the application and complete rest of the process. Also, the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) will be sent by the Home Office to our office by special delivery within 7 working days of the decision on your application. As of 29 February 2012, leave to remain will always be endorsed on Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and not on national passport of the applicant.

Please also be advised that if your application for leave to remain is not straightforward, the Home Office reserves the right to retain your application for further enquiries. More than 95% applications submitted through same day visa service are decided very next working day of the submission of the application. We will be able to advise you in detail whether or not your case is likely to be retained for further enquiries if submitted through same day visa service.

In appointments given by the Home Office, PEO for weekend consideration, the application is submitted by us during weekdays and the Home Office, PEO considers the application on Saturdays/Sundays. We collect the documents back from the Home Office on Mondays. As such, the decision is not made very next working day in weekend consideration cases.

Q.1: Can I use the same day visa service for an application which I will submit from outside the UK?

Answer: No, the same day visa service we offer is only for the applications from inside the UK.

Q.2: Will my application definitely be decided same day or within 24 hours?

Answer: Most of the applications submitted through same day service are decided by the Home Office within 24 hours and very few applications are retained by the Home Office for further enquiries. The Home Office cannot be forced to decide an application within 24 hours if the Home Office retains an application for further enquiries. The Home Office reserves the right to retain any application for further enquiries.Also, in case of appointment given for weekend consideration, the application is submitted during weekdays, the Home Office considers and decides the application over the weekend and we collect the documents on Monday.

Q.3: What will happen if my application submitted through same day visa service is retained by the Home Office, UKBA for further further enquiries?

Answer: If an application which was submitted through same day visa service is retained by the Home Office UKBA for further enquiries or for further information/documents, we can then liaise with the Home Office and get a decision on the application as soon as possible. Please note that an application which is retained for for further enquiries is no more dealt with by the Home Office, PEO and is usually forwarded to the main casework unit of the Home Office.

Q.4: Do I have to attend the Home Office if my application will be submitted to the Home Office, UKBA through same day visa service?

Answer: As of 29 February 2012, all applications require biometrics to be enrolled by the applicants and therefore you will have to attend the Home Office, Lunar House, Croydon with our legal representative in order to enrol you biometrics.
