Civil Partner Visa Application - FLR (M) Application

An application for UK Visa as a civil partner [FLR (M) Application] can be made to the Home Office, UKBA as a civil partner of a person present and settled in the UK and the application will be successful if all the relevant requirements under the Immigration Rules are duly satisfied by the applicant.

According to UK Immigration Rules, "civil partner" means a civil partnership which exists under or by virtue of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (and any reference to a civil partner is to be read accordingly).
