Code Of Practice For Sponsored Workers

Before an employer can sponsor a skilled migrant to do a job, he must check that the job meets the conditions (skill level and salary) of the relevant code of practice. If the job does not meet those conditions, the employer cannot issue a certificate of sponsorship. The code of practice also tells you how you must advertise the job.
