Our Fees TO Administer Oath, Take Affidavit And Statutory Declarations

We charge £10 to administer oaths, take affidavits and statutory declarations. You must attend our office with your photo ID i.e. driving licence or passport. An appointment is not required for this purpose and you can attend our office any time during office hours to administer oaths, take affidavits and statutory declarations.

Our Fees For Certification Of Documents As True And Correct Copy Of The Originals

Being Solicitors and Commissioners For Oaths, we can certify copy of a document as true copy of the original. We charge a fee of £5.00 per certification. You must produce the original document for us to certify a copy of the same to be true copy of the original.

Our Fee For Drafting Change Of Name Deed, Statutory Declaration, Statutory Declaration, And Power Of Attorney

The solicitors at Sunrise Solicitors can prepare a change of name deed poll, an affidavit, a statutory declaration, or power of attorney. You must book an appointment if you want us to prepare any such document for you. We charge a fee of £80+VAT for our professional service of drafting such document.
