The requirements for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) may vary depending on the settlement route you are applying under. The following are the most common requirements to qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK:

Continuous residence: To qualify for ILR, you must meet the continuous residence requirement, which is typically 5 years in most cases and 10 years in some cases. In a very few settlement categories, ILR is possible even after 3 years of residence.

Good character requirement: For all ILR applications, the applicant must meet the suitability requirements, and the ILR application should not fall for refusal under the General grounds, e.g. due to criminal convictions, deception, or adverse immigration history, etc.

Financial requirement: Most ILR applications require the applicant to meet the financial requirement to be eligible for the grant of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
