The Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa route is now closed to new applicants. However, existing Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa holders can still apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), provided they meet the requirements outlined in Part 6A: The Points-Based System and Appendix A: Attributes of the Immigration Rules.
According to UK immigration rules, the application for indefinite leave to remain must have been made:
- before 6 July 2027, if the applicant has ever previously had leave as a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) Migrant; or
- before 6 April 2025, in all other cases.
At Premium Solicitors, our expert immigration solicitors have extensive experience in successfully handling Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR applications. We provide professional legal advice and fixed-fee representation to ensure your application is fully prepared and compliant with UKVI requirements.
